The Farewell Ceremony for Grade 10 was organized on 23 rd December, 2025; with great enthusiasm and warmth to bid an affectionate goodbye to the outgoing batch. The event was held at Barrack 49, where the venue was beautifully arranged to create a festive yet emotional atmosphere, reflecting the significance ofthe occasion.
The program began with a warm welcome of the Grade 10 students by the Grade 9 students, who hadmeticulously planned the entire event. The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Principal, Ms. Ritu Dubey, and the Chief Guests Ms. Niharika Mahajan and Mr. Jay Sunil Ved, whose presence addeddignity and encouragement to the gathering.
The formal proceedings commenced with an invocation prayer, seeking blessings for the success andbright future of the students. This was followed by a blessing speech by the Supervisor, Mr. Arun Awasarmol, who shared heartfelt words, motivating the students to face future challenges with confidence, discipline, and integrity.
One of the key highlights of the ceremony was the Memento Distribution, during which the Grade 10 students were presented with folders and class photographs as tokens of remembrance. These mementos symbolized the cherished memories and strong bonds formed over the years.
The Principal, Ms. Ritu Dubey, then addressed the students, offering words of motivation and guidance. Her speech emphasized perseverance, values, and lifelong learning, leaving a deep impact on the students as they prepare to step into a new phase of their academic journey. To add excitement and engagement, a preliminary round for the selection of “Master and Miss Rajhans” was conducted. Mini games were organized by Ms. Amrita Dayal as fillers throughout the event, keeping the students actively involved and energized.
The cultural segment showcased the creativity and talent of the Grade 9 students, who presented a variety of cultural performances. A deeply emotional moment followed with the screening of a video montage capturing the memories of the Grade 10 students from kindergarten onwards, which evoked nostalgia and heartfelt emotions among students and teachers alike.
The much-awaited moment arrived with the declaration of Master and Miss Rajhans, followed by a cake- cutting ceremony by the winners, marking celebration and joy. This was succeeded by energetic dance performances by the Grade 10 students, reflecting their happiness, gratitude, and youthful spirit. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by the Grade 9 students, expressing sincere gratitude to the management, teachers, guests, and all those who contributed to the success of the event. The
celebration continued as everyone grooved to the beats of the DJ, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere.
The event concluded with a lunch, after which students and teachers spent time capturing memories through photographs, preserving moments that will be cherished forever. Overall, the Farewell Ceremony was a memorable, well-organized, and emotionally enriching event, celebrating the journey, achievements, and bright future of the Grade 10 students.
