THE CREATIVE(R) EVOLUTION: DIGITAL ART & A.I Career Guidance - 6 AUGUST 2024

On the 6th of August 2024, the students of Grades XI and XII of Rajhans Vidyalaya had the privilege of attending a seminar hosted by Pearl Academy on artificial intelligence and digital artwork. The orientation on Artificial Intelligence (AI) aimed to provide students with a foundational understanding of AI technologies, their applications, and their implications.The session began with a warm welcome and an overview of the topic. Students were introduced to the significance of AI and its transformative impact across various industries. The presentation included a comparison between traditional and digital art, sparking a discussion about the potential for AI to overshadow human artists. Students were also introduced to various AI tools, including Pikala software for generating visual art and Cromo Studio for animation. Several captivating video clips created using these tools were shown, leaving a profound impression on the students.The history of artificial intelligence was explored, revealing that the first AI system was developed as early as 1941. The session provided a concise overview of different types of AI, its broad scope, and its applications across various job sectors. Additionally, the role of digital platforms in shaping modern careers was highlighted, underscoring their importance in today’s professional landscape.In conclusion, this interactive orientation provided the students with valuable insights into AI and digital technologies, highlighting their integration, applications, and potential future developments.
