On Monday, June 30, 2025, a training session on MS Excel was conducted for the teachers of the Senior Secondary Section at Rajhans Vidyalaya. The session took place from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM in the Computer Lab on the first floor of the Senior Secondary Section. The session was led by Mrs. Geetha Murudi, who provided a comprehensive overview of advanced MS Excel functionalities.

During the session, Mrs. Geetha Murudi focused on various advanced Excel features, including the use of formulas for calculations, data visualization through graphs and charts, and the creation of pivot tables for effective data analysis. Teachers were taught how to use data labels to enhance the clarity of their charts and graphs. The session also covered techniques for customizing charts, selecting appropriate graph types, and managing large datasets with sorting, filtering, and applying conditional formatting.

In addition, teachers were introduced to pivot tables, a powerful tool for summarizing and analyzing data efficiently. The hands-on training allowed teachers to practice creating pivot tables to gain insights from data, further enhancing their ability to use MS Excel for both teaching and administrative purposes.

Each teacher was assigned a practical activity to implement the skills learned during the session, such as creating reports with data visualization and pivot tables. Mrs. Geetha Murudi actively monitored the progress of the teachers, providing one-on-one support and addressing any queries that arose. This ensured that all participants felt confident in utilizing these advanced features to improve their work.
