STRESS LESS, TEACH MORE” STRATEGIES FOR CLASSROOM - 4th JULY 2025

On Friday, 4th July, a workshop titled “Stress Less, Teach More” was conducted at the Computer Room of Rajhans Vidyalaya. The session was facilitated by Ms. Poonam Jadhav, the school counsellor, and was aimed at equipping teachers with effective strategies to reduce stress and enhance classroom productivity.
The workshop brought together teachers from various subjects and opened with a discussion on common stressors faced by educators—such as heavy workloads, student behavior challenges, and time constraints. Ms. Jadhav introduced practical techniques for efficient classroom management and encouraged the integration of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) into daily teaching routines.
Participants engaged in group discussions, scenario-based problem-solving, and role-play activities, which fostered collaborative learning and peer support. The interactive format allowed teachers to share experiences and explore real-world strategies in a supportive environment.
The workshop was well-received, with participants appreciating the facilitator’s practical approach and the relevance of the tools provided. The session successfully emphasized the importance of staying calm and responsive in the classroom to create a more positive and productive learning space.
