MS WORD WORKSHOP FOR SENIOR SECONDARY SECTION - 17th SEPTEMBER, 2025

A workshop on Microsoft Word was successfully organized by Rajhans Vidyalaya on 17th September 2025, exclusively for senior secondary teachers by Ms. Greeshma Shetty with the aim to prepare teachers with an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Word’s advanced features, enabling them to create well-structured, professional documents such as question papers, worksheets, and reports. 
The session began with a brief introduction to the interface of MS Word, followed by a step-by-step demonstration of various essential tools. Ms. Greeshma covered basic to advanced formatting techniques and covered a variety of tools which included table creation, use of bullets, page numbering, text alignment, setting of margins, orientation and page layout, insertion of headers and footers to enhance document presentation. The resource person explained with live demonstrations using the smart board.The participants had the opportunity to practice hands-on during the session, which made the learning experience interactive and practical. Queries were encouraged and promptly addressed by the resource person, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic learning environment. The workshop concluded with the participants expressing their appreciation for the insightful session and sharing their eagerness to apply the
newly learned skills.
Overall, the workshop was informative, engaging, and highly beneficial, reflecting the commitment to continual professional development of its teaching staff.
