A security deposit of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) which is refundable when the
student leaves the school, on producing the receipt.
Admission fee Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) payable at the time of admission.
Term fees Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) for the whole year.
Payment made by a cheque that bounces will incur a penalty of Rs. 500/-.

Code of Conduct

All rules and regulations are formulated for the benefit of the student. We owe it to them to grow up in a society that is safe and learn in an environment where there is respect for all.

Parents should ensure that the child attends school regularly and on time (7.40 a.m.)
No leave of absence will be granted without prior written intimation from parents.
Medical certificate should be produced immediately in case of absence due to illness.
Medical appointments should be made after school hours only.
Leave note should be produced in case of absence.
Prior written permission should be taken before going out of station.

Uniform

The parents must ensure that their ward is neatly and properly dressed for school. School uniform code should be strictly adhered to. Hair should be properly oiled and combed and colouring of hair is strictly prohibited for both boys and girls. Boys should keep their hair short. Nails should be trimmed. No fancy shoes will be allowed on any pretext.
Specimen School Uniform is displayed on the school notice board. Black tights are compulsory for girls from Std. I to Std. XII. Belt and badge to be purchased from the school store only.

ADMISSION WITHDRAWALS

REFUND OF FEES / WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SCHOOL (DAY BOARDERS)

  1. Regular Students
    1. A parent / guardian can withdraw the child at end of the academic year. The request for withdrawal must reach the school office latest by 31st March. A request received after this date up to 31st May, will entail a fee of Rs. 5000/-. Thereafter up to 30th September, will entail a penalty of one term (six months) fee. Any withdrawal thereafter will entail a payment of full year’s dues. No relaxation in this rule is possible.
    2. If a student is expelled from the school, no refund of fees or any other charges will be made.
    3. A student can be expelled from the school for any of the following reasons:
      1. Non-payment of school fees and other dues on time.
      2. Misconduct or serious indiscipline which in the opinion of the school authorities has adverse influence on his / her fellow pupils.
      3. Unsatisfactory academic progress.
      4. Prolonged absence from the school without proper leave.
  2. New Admission
    1. If a student is withdrawn within two weeks of admission or before start of the school whichever is earlier, in addition to the admission fee Rs. 5000/- will be deducted from the tuition fees. The remaining tuition fees, laboratory fees, activity fees etc. will be refunded.
    2. If a student is withdrawn after start of the academic session till 30th September, one term tuition fees, lab fees, activity fees etc. will be charged. Remaining tuition fees will be refunded.
    3. No refund is payable if the student withdraws after 30th September.
  3. Security Deposit
    1. The student will be entitled for refund of security deposit in all cases except for the reasons mentioned at Para 1(c) above.
    2. Security deposit receipt in original along with withdrawal application to be submitted to the school office. Refund cheque will be ready within 30 days from the date of submission of Security Deposit receipt.
    3. Security Deposit will be automatically forfeited after three years from the date of leaving the school.
  4. The rules and regulations laid down by the school should be adhered to by the students. Parents should ensure that their ward follow the rules. Defaulters will be penalised accordingly.

SCHOOL RULES

  1. All students must attend the school prayer at 7.45 a.m. every day and actively participate in it.

  2. The students must be regular in their attendance and homework.

  3. All students should be respectful to the teachers at all times and must be obedient.

  4. The behaviour of the students towards their school mates should be upright and proper. Any unruly or mischievous conduct may result in severe disciplinary action.

  5. Corporal punishment is prohibited as a rule in this school.

  6. Improperly dressed children are likely to be punished for sloppy turnout.

  7. The parents / guardians are to visit the school only on the appointed days. In case of emergency they can see the Principal with prior appointment. Under no circumstances are the parents to enter the classrooms or meet the class teachers without prior permission from the Principal.

  8. The parent's conduct towards the staff is expected to be polite and courteous. (Any misbehaviour by a parent / guardian will be viewed seriously)

  9. Complaints, if any, against any member of the staff should be made in writing to the Principal who will take appropriate action in the matter.
