Admission fee Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) payable at the time of admission.
Term fees Rs. 9500/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Five Hundred only) for the whole year.
The fee will be collected through Edusprint Pro (MICM) App.
Code of Conduct
All rules and regulations are formulated for the benefit of the student. We owe it to them to grow up in a society that is safe and learn in an environment where there is respect for all.
Parents should ensure that the child attends school regularly and on time (7.40 a.m.)No leave of absence will be granted without prior written intimation from parents.
Medical certificate should be produced immediately in case of absence due to illness.
Medical appointments should be made after school hours only.
Leave note should be produced in case of absence.
Prior written permission should be taken before going out of station.
Uniform
The parents must ensure that their ward is neatly and properly dressed for school. School
uniform code should be strictly adhered to. Hair should be properly oiled and combed and
colouring of hair is strictly prohibited for both boys and girls. Boys should keep their
hair short. Nails should be trimmed. No fancy shoes will be allowed on any pretext.
Specimen School Uniform is displayed on the school notice board. Black tights are compulsory
for girls from Std. I to Std. XII. Belt and badge to be purchased from the school store
only.

ADMISSION WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawal Policy for Std XI - 2025-26 (New Admission)

Withdrawal up to 30 June 2025:
- The first instalment must be paid at the time of admission.
- First Instalment along with Admission Fees and Lab Fees will be charged.
- Fees once paid will be non-refundable.
- Only the Caution Money will be refunded.

Withdrawal up to 31 July 2025:
- If a student withdraws on or before 31 July 2025, First and Second Instalment fees will be charged.
- Only the Caution Money will be refunded.

Withdrawal after 1 September 2025:
- Full fees for the academic year will be applicable.
Withdrawal Policy for Std II to X - 2025-26 (New Admission)

Full-year fee:
- The full-year fee must be paid at the time of admission.

Withdrawal up to 30 April 2025:
- If a student withdraws between 1 January 2025 and 30 April 2025, an amount of Rs.10,000/- as Admission Fee and Rs.5,000/- as Tuition Fee (total Rs.15,000/-) will be deducted.
- The remaining Tuition Fees, Term Fees, and Caution Money will be refunded.

Withdrawal up to 30 June 2025:
- If a student withdraws between 1 May 2025 and 30 June 2025, even if the student has not attended school, the First Instalment will be charged.
- Only the Caution Money will be refunded.

Withdrawal up to 31 August 2025:
- If a student withdraws between 1 July 2025 and 31 August 2025, two instalments will be charged.
- Only the Caution Money will be refunded.

Withdrawal after 1 September 2025:
- For any withdrawal after 1 September 2025, no refund will be provided.
Withdrawal Policy for Std II to X & XII - 2025-26 (Existing Students)
- A parent/guardian can withdraw the child at end of the academic year.
- The request for withdrawal must reach the school office latest by 31st March.
- If a request is received after 31st March and up to 31st May, a fee of Rs.5000/- will be charged.
SCHOOL RULES
- All students must attend the school prayer at 7.40 a.m. every day and actively participate in it.
- The students must be regular in their attendance and homework.
- All students should be respectful to the teachers at all times and must be obedient.
- The behaviour of the students towards their school mates should be upright and proper. Any unruly or mischievous conduct may result in severe disciplinary action.
- Corporal punishment is prohibited as a rule in this school.
- Improperly dressed children are likely to be punished for sloppy turnout.
- The parents / guardians are to visit the school only on the appointed days. In case of emergency they can see the Principal with prior appointment. Under no circumstances are the parents to enter the classrooms or meet the class teachers without prior permission from the Principal.
- The parent's conduct towards the staff is expected to be polite and courteous. (Any misbehaviour by a parent / guardian will be viewed seriously)
- Complaints, if any, against any member of the staff should be made in writing to the Principal who will take appropriate action in the matter.
