  • MEDICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATE-DOCTOR 
  • PREVIOUS REPORT CARD PHOTO COPY (II – X)

A security deposit of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) which is refundable when the student leaves the school, on producing the receipt. Admission fee Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) payable at the time of admission. Term fees Rs. 9500/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Five Hundred only) for the whole year. The fee will be collected through Edusprint Pro (MICM) App.

Code of Conduct

All rules and regulations are formulated for the benefit of the student...

Parents should ensure that the child attends school regularly and on time (7.40 a.m.) No leave of absence will be granted without prior written intimation from parents. Medical certificate should be produced immediately in case of absence due to illness. Medical appointments should be made after school hours only. Leave note should be produced in case of absence. Prior written permission should be taken before going out of station.

Uniform

The parents must ensure that their ward is neatly and properly dressed for school...

ADMISSION WITHDRAWALS

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

To safeguard the interests of students and ensure the timely issuance of the Leaving Certificate, the following Withdrawal Policy shall be strictly adhered to:

  1. Withdrawal Application
    A withdrawal application shall be considered valid only if:
    • The prescribed withdrawal application/form is duly signed by both parents/guardian as registered in the school records and physically submitted to the school.
    • The withdrawal application/form is sent by registered post, duly signed by both parents/guardian as per school records.
    • A scanned copy of the withdrawal application/form, duly signed by both parents/guardian and sent as an email attachment, shall be accepted.
    However, withdrawal communicated only through email text or verbal communication shall not be considered valid.
  2. Date of Withdrawal
    The date of withdrawal shall be the date on which the withdrawal application/form is physically submitted or received by registered post/email.
  3. Student Status
    The student shall continue to remain on the rolls of the school until physical receipt of valid withdrawal application.
  4. Absence Not Considered Withdrawal
    Absence of a student from the school whether from the beginning of the academic session or during the academic year shall not be treated as withdrawal.

PAYMENT OF DUES ON WITHDRAWAL

  1. Old Students (Up to 31st March)
    • Clear all outstanding dues, and
    • Be eligible for a refund of caution money, subject to adjustment against any claims, if applicable.
  2. Withdrawal During the Academic Year
    • Students withdrawing between 01st April and 15th of any month shall be liable to pay all applicable fees from 01st April to the 15th of that month.
    • If withdrawal takes effect from the 16th of any month, fees for the entire month shall be payable.
    • In case of new admissions, the Admission Fee shall not be refundable.
SCHOOL RULES
  • All students must attend the school prayer at 7.40 a.m. every day. 
  • The students must be regular in their attendance and homework. 
  • All students should be respectful to the teachers. 
  • The behaviour of the students towards their school mates should be polite. 
  • Corporal punishment is prohibited as a rule in this school. Improperly dressed children are likely to be punished. 
  • The parents / guardians are to visit the school only on the appointed days. 
  • The parent's conduct towards the staff is expected to be polite. 
  • Complaints, if any, against any member of the staff should be brought to the notice of the Principal.
