The morning assembly held on Friday, 4th July 2025, focused on the important theme of World Zoonoses Day, observed annually on 6th July to raise awareness about zoonotic diseases and their prevention.
The assembly began with the news bulletin – International and national news, covering significant national and international updates. This was followed by an insightful speech by Chinmay and Pia, who explained the significance of World Zoonoses Day, the role of veterinarians and public health officials, and the importance of hygiene and animal care in preventing the spread of diseases.
Naitik enriched the audience with the Word of the Day and a thoughtful Thought of the Day, both aligning with the theme of health and awareness. Hridya concluded the assembly with a warm and uplifting Positive Affirmation, encouraging everyone to take small steps towards a healthier and more responsible lifestyle.
The assembly was informative and engaging, instilling awareness among students about public health and their role in it.
