GRANDPARENTS DAY CELEBRATION - OCTOBER 24, 2024

The Grandparents Day was celebrated on 24th October 2024 in the school theater hall. This day was celebrated with great love, care and respect towards the grandparents and also to create a bonding between the grandparents and the grandchild. The grandparents were cheered and encouraged to participate in the games organized for them. The prepping work of this day was done by the grandchildren with love and creativity. This day was known as Deep-Utsav Day. On this day the students from grade 1 to 4 painted diyas. Grade 1 students were helped by grade 4 students to paint them. The final effect was given by the grandparents by designing the diyas with white paint. These diyas were given to the grandparents as a token of love. After the programme the grandparents enjoyed the refreshments at the mess hall.

Students sang a song on grandparents. This event was celebrated to encourage students to be polite, caring and express their love towards their grandparents as they play an important role in blooming them. The aim of this program was to teach the students to respect their grandparents and spend quality time with them.
