The North Mumbai Suburban Bharat Scouts & Guides District Association conducted a Patrol Leader’s Training Programme on 27th September 2025. The training aimed to equip Scouts and Guides with essential leadership skills and team spirit.

The Guide Captain Mrs. Hurbano Khan of Rajhans Vidyalaya , along with three Girl Guides, actively participated in the programme. Students were divided into patrols, each consisting of eight members from different schools, to encourage cooperation and interaction.

The training sessions included:

• Learning different types of knot making

• Guidance on patrol system and leadership

• Practicing various claps and patrol calls

• Awareness on cleanliness and hygiene

• Demonstration of flag hoisting procedures

The participants took part enthusiastically and gained valuable insights into discipline, teamwork, and responsibility. The event was a memorable learning experience that enhanced the leadership qualities of the Scouts and Guides.
