The Farewell Ceremony for Grade 12 was organized on 23 rd December, 2025; with great enthusiasm and warmth to bid an affectionate goodbye to the outgoing batch. The event was held at Barrack 49, where the venue was beautifully arranged to create a festive yet emotional atmosphere, reflecting the significance of the occasion.
The program began with a warm welcome of the Grade 12 students by the Grade 11 students, who had meticulously planned the entire event. The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Principal, Mrs. Ritu Dubey, Vice Principal Mrs. Sunita Raikar and the Chief Guests Ms. Mansi Tandon and Mr. Jay Sunil Ved, whose presence added dignity
and encouragement to the gathering.
The formal proceedings commenced with a blessing speech by the Coordinator Mrs. Shaila Prabhu, who shared heartfelt words, motivating the students to face future challenges with confidence, discipline, and integrity followed by melodious prayer song set a serene and auspicious tone for the event.
One of the key highlights of the ceremony was the Memento Distribution, during which the Grade 12 students were presented with folders and class photographs as tokens of remembrance. These mementos symbolized the cherished memories and strong bonds formed over the years. The Principal, Ms. Ritu Dubey, then addressed the students, offering words of motivation and guidance. Her speech emphasized perseverance, values, and lifelong learning, leaving a deep impact on the students as they prepare to step into a new phase of their academic journey.
The cultural segment began with a vibrant cultural programme presented by Class XI, showcasing their talent and expressing gratitude and admiration for their seniors.
To add excitement and engagement, a preliminary round for the selection of “Master and Miss Rajhans” was conducted. Mini games were organized by our school captain Ms Janhvi Mantri as fillers throughout the event, keeping the students actively involved and energized.
One of the most emotional moments of the programme was the “Memory Lane” video, which beautifully captured cherished moments, achievements, and memories of the Class XII students, leaving many with smiles and moist eyes. The much-awaited moment arrived with the declaration of Master Rajhans and Miss displayed by the participants. Master Rajhans was awarded to Yogeshwar Vivek Guleria, and Miss Rajhans was awarded to Raya Sami Ranjnikar. This was followed by a cake-
cutting ceremony by the winners, marking a moment of celebration and joy. A heartfelt performance by the Class XII students expressed their gratitude towards the teachers and the school, making the occasion truly memorable.

The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Coordinator Mrs Geetha Murudi, expressing sincere gratitude to the management, teachers, guests, and all those who contributed to the success of the event. The celebration continued as everyone grooved to the beats of the DJ, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere.
The event concluded with a high tea, after which students and teachers spent time capturing memories through photographs, preserving moments that will be cherished forever. The event ended with the dispersal, leaving behind beautiful memories, emotions, and best wishes as the Class XII students embarked on a new journey in their lives.
