The 77th Republic Day Celebration-2026
The 77th Republic Day Celebration was observed on Monday, January 26, 2026 with profound patriotic fervour and ceremonial dignity on the school premises, paying homage to India’s constitutional values and democratic heritage.
The programme commenced with a concise yet dignified opening, setting a reverential tone for the occasion. This was followed by the ceremonial unfurling of the National Flag by the Chief Guest, Principal Madam Ritu Dubey, amidst resounding applause. The moment was further sanctified by the National Anthem, solemnly rendered by the school band, instilling a deep sense of national pride among the gathering.
The Chief Guest, Principal Madam Ritu Dubey, along with the esteemed dignitary, Subhedar Major Madhukar Khot, was accorded a warm and respectful welcome, acknowledging their guidance and inspirational presence.
The cultural segment began with a patriotic song, “Jai Jan Bharat” by Sumitranandan Pant, presented with heartfelt devotion and lyrical elegance. This was followed by a patriotic skit on the historic Dandi March, wherein students vividly portrayed Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy of non-violence and the indomitable spirit of India’s freedom struggle. The programme further featured a patriotic speech by Dhyiyansh Motwani, who eloquently highlighted the significance of Republic Day and emphasized the duties of responsible citizens in upholding constitutional ideals.
Thereafter, the gathering was enlightened by an inspiring address by the Chief Guest, Principal Madam Ritu Dubey, who underscored the transformative power of education, discipline, and civic responsibility. A significant highlight of the event was the administration of the “Illiteracy-Free Village Pledge,” reaffirming a collective commitment to eradicating illiteracy and supporting Maharashtra’s vision of achieving 100% literacy.
The programme concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks proposed by the Red House Captain, Shreeya Supekar, expressing her sincere gratitude to all contributors and participants. The celebration came to a close with the announcement for dispersal, after which the students and teachers were instructed to proceed to the mess hall for refreshments.
