Mudras are symbolic hand gestures used in yoga and meditation to channel energy and improve concentration. A workshop for Mudras was conducted by one of our teachers Mrs. Vaibhavi Bhagat. Each mudra has a specific purpose, such as improving focus, balancing the elements in the body, and promoting overall well-being. Practicing mudras regularly helps in calming the mind, reducing stress, and improving mental clarity. They are easy to perform anywhere and can be combined with deep breathing. Mudras are a simple, practical way to achieve inner peace and relaxation
