Rajhans Vidyalaya successfully conducted a three-day Future Readiness Workshop for students of Grades XI and XII from 16th to 18th July 2026. The workshop was designed to equip students with essential career readiness skills and prepare them for the evolving academic and professional landscape.

The sessions were conducted by Mr. Harsh Sharma, Co-founder of ACE Scholars, a certified Pearson Trainer in Personality Development and Sales with over two decades of cross-industry experience. He has mentored students across various educational institutions, focusing on communication, career readiness, interview preparation, and professional development.

The workshop commenced with engaging activities centred on self-awareness, enabling students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and goals, followed by an activity to help them understand their physical, social, and inner self-image. Students also participated in detailed discussions on career opportunities across the Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams, helping them make informed academic and career choices.

On the second day, students gained practical insights into creating a professional résumé, building an effective LinkedIn profile, understanding digital etiquette, and developing the confidence to face formal interviews. Handouts were distributed to each student, providing a valuable resource that further enhanced their employability and professional preparedness.

The workshop concluded with a Parent Interaction Session on 18th July 2026, where parents and students interacted individually with the resource person to seek guidance on career planning, higher education, and skill development. The session provided an opportunity to address queries and encouraged meaningful collaboration among parents, students, and the resource person in supporting students' future aspirations.

The workshop proved to be highly informative and engaging, empowering students with greater self-awareness, career clarity, and the practical skills required to confidently navigate their educational and professional journeys.
