Rajhans Vidyalaya organised an Alumni Talk on 31 July 2026 in the Art Room from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The session was conducted by Dr. Aditi Gangrade, an alumna of the school, who is a homoeopathic doctor, psychologist, public speaking coach, ECCE diploma holder, and artist and creative entrepreneur. The session aimed to inspire students through her experiences and insights on personal growth and success.

Dr. Aditi shared her journey of learning, perseverance, and self-discovery, emphasising that success is a gradual process built through practice, patience, dedication, and hard work. Through interactive activities such as "Would You Rather?", "Myth vs Reality", and "Passion Map", students reflected on their interests, strengths, aspirations, and the importance of balancing academics with creativity and hobbies.

The "Pencil Story" activity highlighted the importance of inner qualities, self-reflection, and continuous improvement. Students learnt that true value lies within and that one's character, values, and abilities define success. The "Real Heroes" activity helped students recognise qualities such as humility, perseverance, dedication, and hard work that inspire individuals to achieve greatness.

The session was highly engaging and motivating, encouraging students to discover their passions, overcome challenges, and strive for continuous growth. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks to Dr. Aditi Gangrade for sharing her valuable experiences and inspiring the students.
